Prayer Prior to Reflections
First and foremost, I want to extend prayers for every individual who identifies as a different gender than their biological one.
It is important to acknowledge the authenticity of these feelings and understand the mental health challenges that may come with them.
Each person is a precious being with a soul that belongs to God (Ezekiel 18:4).
God created you intentionally and with a purpose, as stated in Jeremiah 1:5, and I pray that you will embrace your true self and fulfill your potential in the body you inhabit.
Your existence is not a mistake, and your ultimate journey begins with Jesus Christ. He can give your soul eternal life, John 10:28, and help you, right now, be who God made you to be, Matthew 11:28-30.
How Did We Get Here?

It was heartbreaking to witness the Italian Olympic female boxer, Angela Carini, step out of the fight because of the formidable strength of the “transgender woman” she was facing.
Carini's tearful departure from the ring should serve as a wake-up call for every father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle - everyone - to take a stand and say, "enough is enough."
How have we reached a point in our society where a man can identify as a woman and compete against, and in nearly every case, greatly outperform the most athletic women in sports?
Despite the various arguments based on gender and science, we all intuitively know that it is unfair.
Carini issued a statement saying, “If the IOC [International Olympic Committee] said she can fight, I respect that decision.”
Perhaps Carini truly feels that way. Or perhaps she does not want to stir up trouble for those in charge and risk losing her career. But many of us do not respect that decision and should be respectful and resolute in speaking out.
The Real Issue
The real issue is that we should have respect for women by understanding that it is inappropriate for a biological male to compete against them in sports, regardless of our feelings.
It is wrong, and one does not need to be a biologist or science major to recognize that.
Isaiah 5:20 conveys God's anger towards individuals who deem evil as good and good as evil... Who call darkness light and light darkness... Who say that bitterness is sweetness and sweetness is bitterness.
There is nothing inherently evil with a man feeling that he is a woman. It is wrong, however, to demand universal agreement on this matter and permit him to compete in women's sports.
Should the well-being and fulfillment of the woman in a woman's body be ignored?
Is Everyone Involved Being Treated Fairly?
Jesus said, in Matthew 7:12, "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them..."
Transgender women assert that they are female despite being in a male body.
If they prefer not to compete against other males, it is unfair to expect women to want to compete against them. Psychological identification does not alter physical anatomy.
Closing Prayer
Gracious heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior, I ask for Your mercy upon us and humbly request that Your truth and justice prevail over the human reasoning that lacks clarity and fairness. Amen.
May the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be with you.
